Hi.  Brant Mathis here to share with you how I buy gold and build wealth with KB. 

1. After registering as a Customer (free) I provided the required documents for KYC Verification by scanning and then emailing.  You can also send copies by regular mail or express.  This must be done to verify you are who you say you are and to guard against fraud or other security problems.  After all, you are buying gold.  It's your gold and you want it to be as secure as possible.

2.  Once you are KYC approved (free & never a problem) go to the KB site, log in, and go to the Market Place tab and then click "Buy Gold"

3.  Choose the way you want to purchase gold.  Then follow the directions for payment and that's it.

Storage at the Swiss Massive is free.  If you wish to take possession of your gold you will have to pay postage/shipping unless you meet the minimum amount for free shipping.
